Five questions
The answers, in plain language.
Read the row that matches your question, or send the file anyway — the contact form asks for one sentence about the decision the data needs to support.
- 01What is the typical turnaround?
- Most engagements turn around in a single calendar week. One-pass engagements ship in a few days, bigger scopes (Standard) up to a calendar week, and recurring reports run on the agreed cadence — weekly or monthly, never slipping. No timezone games, no surprise delays.
- 02What is the scope of work?
- Three named services: cleanup, pivot summaries, and dashboards — plus recurring reports on a weekly or monthly cadence. Each engagement is flat scope with a fixed quote per row (see /pricing). Anything outside the quoted row is a new conversation and a new quote, not a free addition.
- 03Which file formats do you accept?
- Excel (.xlsx, .xls), CSV, TSV, and Google Sheets share links — handled comfortably up to roughly 50,000 rows. Larger files are a conversation, not a refusal. Pivoted exports and PDF scans can be accepted but get converted first, since they cost extra round-trips.
- 04How does confidentiality and NDA work?
- NDA on request — a mutual NDA can be signed before any file is shared, in plain English and signed in a single round-trip. Data stays between us; files are deleted on request after the deliverable ships. The same NDA-on-request line appears across /, /pricing, and /contact.
- 05What is the revision policy?
- The Standard tier includes up to two review rounds, the starter is a single pass, and recurring reports keep tightening week-to-week as the format locks in. Scope-creep changes — a new question, a new filter, a second file — count as a new engagement with its own quote, not a free revision.
Still on the fence? Send the file anyway.
